Mr. Pereles supports investment decisions and portfolio company management at InnovaHealth Partners. His responsibilities include conducting due diligence, financial modeling, market research, and monitoring portfolio performance, as well as assisting with fundraising efforts and the identification of new investment opportunities.
Prior to joining InnovaHealth Partners, Mr. Pereles was an Associate in M&A and Corporate Development at Sodali & Co, a TPG Growth portfolio company, where he led a team executing and integrating acquisitions across North America, Europe, and Asia. He began his career as a Consultant at Management Solutions, focusing on operational risk and process improvement. Mr. Pereles earned a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, where he concentrated in Finance and Management/Entrepreneurship and competed on the Varsity Men’s Swim Team.
