Mr. Miles is Chairman and CEO of Alphatec Spine. He joined Alphatec from NuVasive, the spinal implant company with over $1 billion in revenues and market capitalization of $4 billion, where he served as Vice Chairman and President and Chief Operating Officer, among other roles. Mr. Miles has more than 25 years of experience in the orthopedic industry, including prior roles with Medtronic Sofamor Danek and Smith & Nephew.
